1️⃣ Cook the Sausage

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add sliced smoked sausage and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and crispy.
  • Remove sausage from the skillet and set aside.

2️⃣ Sauté the Shrimp

  • In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
  • Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

3️⃣ Cook the Cabbage

  • Add remaining olive oil to the skillet, then toss in the chopped cabbage.
  • Season with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender but slightly crisp.

4️⃣ Combine & Finish

  • Return sausage & shrimp to the skillet.
  • Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.

5️⃣ Garnish & Serve

  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley (optional).
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
