1️⃣ Cook the Sausage
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced smoked sausage and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and crispy.
- Remove sausage from the skillet and set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté the Shrimp
- In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
3️⃣ Cook the Cabbage
- Add remaining olive oil to the skillet, then toss in the chopped cabbage.
- Season with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender but slightly crisp.
4️⃣ Combine & Finish
- Return sausage & shrimp to the skillet.
- Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
5️⃣ Garnish & Serve
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley (optional).
- Serve hot and enjoy!
