Description

Honey Bunny Bourbon Sour is a smooth, slightly tart cocktail featuring bourbon, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup, topped with a frothy egg white foam for a classic and elegant drink.


Ingredients

2 oz bourbon

¾ oz fresh lemon juice

½ oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and warm water mixed)

1 egg white (for smooth foam)

Ice cubes

For Garnish:

Thin lemon slice

Instructions

  1. Mix equal parts honey and warm water to make honey syrup.
  2. Combine bourbon, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
  3. Seal and shake vigorously without ice for 15 seconds to froth the egg white.
  4. Add ice cubes, seal, and shake again for 10 seconds to chill the drink.
  5. Strain into a chilled rocks glass, allowing foam to settle on top.
  6. Drizzle honey over the foam and garnish with a thin lemon slice.

Notes

Shake without ice first for maximum froth.
