Description

A refreshing and naturally flavored infused water made with fresh strawberries, cucumber, lime, and mint—perfect for hydration with a hint of fruity sweetness and herbal brightness.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cucumber, sliced
  • 2 limes, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • 8 cups still or sparkling water

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, layer strawberries, cucumber, lime, and mint leaves with plenty of ice cubes.
  2. Fill the pitcher with water (still or sparkling).
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes, or for a stronger flavor, chill for a few hours or overnight.
  4. Stir gently before serving and pour into glasses. Garnish with additional mint or lime slices if desired.

Notes

  • Use organic produce when possible since the ingredients are not peeled.
  • Adjust fruit-to-water ratio to taste for a more or less intense flavor.
  • Bruise the mint slightly to release more flavor before adding to water.
  • Frozen fruit can be used and also acts as an ice cube substitute.
